Ho quindi approfondito la medicina della complessità, la PNEI, scoprendo come l’osteopatia possa essere molto più, ovvero un approccio che è in grado di regolare l’attivazione dei sistemi tramite spiegazioni scientifiche fondate nella meccano-biologia, nell’osteo-immunologia e altro ancora.

Da anni uso l’heart rate variability (HRV) come strumento efficace per analizzare lo stato di salute globale dei pazienti e valutare con precisione l’andamento del trattamento.

Insegno da decenni ai miei pazienti semplici pratiche eseguibili da tutti per migliorare la loro consapevolezza corporea, centrale per una buona qualità di vita, e per ridurre dolori e impedimenti alle attività quotidiane. Da osteopata, ho anche scoperto come questi esercizi siano centrali per porre la giusta intenzione nella palpazione e nell’applicazione delle tecniche manuali, rendendole così più efficaci.

Inoltre, il sano movimento non può fare a meno di una corretta alimentazione: con il cibo inseriamo infatti le energie necessarie affinché il nostro organismo – e la nostra mente – sia in grado di muoversi al meglio.
